Team Leader

Responsibilities

  • Drives the revenue of the store.
  • Has basic background with the store operation from kitchen, dining and scheduling of manpower.
  • Aggressive, passionate, analytical and result oriented.
  • Effective communication skills and can deal with diverse group of people.
  • Can manage, motivate and train employees.
  • Willing to work in extended hours and on a shifting schedule.
  • Provides excellent customer service.

 

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Management/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): excellent leadership skills, above average communication skills, computer literate (MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint)
