Responsibilities
- Drives the revenue of the store.
- Has basic background with the store operation from kitchen, dining and scheduling of manpower.
- Aggressive, passionate, analytical and result oriented.
- Effective communication skills and can deal with diverse group of people.
- Can manage, motivate and train employees.
- Willing to work in extended hours and on a shifting schedule.
- Provides excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Management/Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): excellent leadership skills, above average communication skills, computer literate (MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint)
